ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police are investigating after a man was shot and injured on Wren Street on the city's northwest side Sunday.
Rochester Police say they responded to a shot spotter activation at around 8:45 p.m. and determined there was a shooting.
The victim flagged down AMR at Lake Avenue and Lexington Avenue and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.
Police say he was shot at least once in the lower body and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
He was identified as a 31-year-old man from Brockport.
The incident is still under investigation.
