Monroe County DOH warns of possible COVID exposure at banquet in Brockport

BROCKPORT, N.Y. (WHEC) —Heads up if you were in Brockport over the weekend, as the Monroe County Department of Health wants you to be aware of a possible COVID exposure.

If you went to the Hamlin Hornets Banquet on Saturday at Brockport Elks Lodge, 4400 Sweden Walker Road in Brockport, the DOH says you may have come in contact with somebody who had the virus.

It says several of the roughly 200 people who went between 6 p.m. and midnight have tested positive.

If you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, you are encouraged to call the DOH at (585)753-5555. Anybody who is unvaccinated should immediately self-quarantine.
