Notre Dame Retreat House slated to close next year

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Notre Dame Retreat House in Canandaigua is slated to close next year.
The facility confirmed that is because of financial reasons and a lack of Redemptorist priests.
The retreat house will not change any plans through this December, but the facility will be closed by Aug. 1, 2023.
The house overlooking Canandaigua Lake offers retreats for groups, men, women and couples.
It’s been open since 1967.
