Perinton man pleads guilty to federal drug charges

PERINTON, N.Y. (WHEC) —A Perinton man is facing up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple federal drug charges.

The office of United States Attorney J.P. Kennedy announced Tuesday Adam Cole admitted to possession with the intent to sell drugs such as MDA, marijuana, and cocaine.

Cole was initially arrested in November 2019 after investigators executed a search warrant at Cole's home on Pannell Circle in Perinton. Police say they found 58 pounds of marijuana, hundreds of ecstasy pills, 23 grams of cocaine, and $43,000 dollars in cash, as well as two firearms, and ammunition.

Cole was also charged for selling marijuana in Victor.

Along with prison time, cole faces a $1 million fine.
