ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester’s Police Accountability Board (PAB) Thursday night met for the first time since it was announced that the seven police officers involved in the death of Daniel Prude will not face charges.

The PAB is working toward a public listening session.

"We know the community is getting weary as you mentioned, tired of marching, tired of putting in the effort and getting the same result but I would say you know, don’t be discouraged," PAB member Dr. Celia McIntosh said. "The PAB is here, we hear you."

The PAB is asking the community for questions to bring to Attorney General Letitia James.

Questions can be emailed to pab@cityofrochester.gov or shared by phone at 585-428-7524.
