Police: Remains found at Durand Lake identified as Lisa Shuler

IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Irondequoit Police Department has confirmed that the remains found at Durand Lake Monday were of Lisa Shuler.

Last week, Lisa Shuler, 37,  was found dead and dismembered outside her house on Culver Road that she shared with her boyfriend Seth Larson.

Seth Larson, 40, is still a person of interest in the death of Shuler.

Police say Larson is described as 5’9”, medium build, with tattoos on both forearms, short brown hair or a shaved head, and rotting teeth.  

Larson was last seen operating a blue 2011 Nissan Juke, with New York plates FTP6756. He was in Maryland on May 25.
