ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A suspect is in custody after a brief police chase that ended in the area of Avenue D and Harris Street.

It happened at around 9:20 p.m. Friday. RPD Capt. Sam Lucyshyn says it all started with a call from a person inside the vehicle who said they were concerned that there was criminal activity inside the vehicle.
