ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police announced an arrest for a shooting that happened on Dewey Avenue earlier this month.

The shooting happened on July 2 on the 1300 block. A 40-year-old Rochester man was injured.

On Monday, RPD said the US Marshall’s Task Force found and arrested Roosevelt Collins III, 40, of Rochester. Police say he had a loaded gun in his possession when he was arrested.
