RCSD monitor wants your feedback on financial, academic concerns: What you need to know

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The state monitor appointed to the Rochester City School District wants your input on specific issues impacting the district.

The public hearing will now be held virtually on Nov. 30 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

It was supposed to be held on Nov. 16 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the district headquarters on West Broad Street. A second meeting on Nov. 17 was originally scheduled but was canceled on Wednesday.

The meeting will now focus on both Dr. Shelly Jallow’s academic report and her financial report for the district.

Jallow was appointed as the monitor to help the district through its budget issues.

If you would like to sign up to speak or offer written feedback for either hearing, you must do so by noon each day.
