ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Superintendent Lesli Myers-Small has been accused of harassment by a Rochester City School District employee, School Board President Van White confirms.
White said the board met virtually Thursday evening and decided to hire an outside law firm to conduct an independent investigation of the allegations.
He said the firm will start its investigation on Friday and report back to the board with its findings, and recommendations “framed by the law.”
White said of the decision that it’s “accepted practice to seek an outside investigation to ensure the facts are investigated in a neutral and detached way.”
Just learned Woods Oviatt Gilman law firm is hired to oversee the investigation into this allegation. Beyond confirming they're doing it the firm said it has "no comment."
