ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester City Council voted unanimously to confirm Conor Dwyer Reynolds as the Executive Director of the Police Accountability Board (PAB) Tuesday night.
Reynolds will serve as the PAB’s first executive director.
The PAB named Reynolds the executive director in October, but the Charter requires the city council to confirm the appointment.
