ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren has put her home in the city up for sale, real estate records show.

The 1,700 square-foot colonial is listed on the Howard Hanna real estate website – and on Redfin – for more than $172,000. Property records show she bought the home in 2005 for $93,000.

The house, located on Woodman Park, is the same address listed in the indictment against Warren and her husband, Timothy Granison. The indictment was a result of the search warrant New York State Police executed on May 19 at Warren’s home

Both are facing weapons and child endangerment charges connected to the search. Granison is also facing drug charges. Both have pleaded not guilty.

City Spokesman Justin Roj told News10NBC in a statement "As any parent would do, Mayor Warren has made a decision in the best interest of her child to give her a fresh start within the city of Rochester."
