ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Rochester man is recovering in the hospital after being shot on the city's north side early Saturday morning.
Rochester Police responded around 3 a.m. to the area of Norton and St. Paul Streets for the report of a man shot.
When officers arrived, they found a 58-year-old man with at least one gunshot wound to his lower body.
The man was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive.
No one is in custody at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
