RPD: Man shot on Alphonse Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— Rochester Police are looking for who could’ve shot a city man early Saturday morning.

Police went to the scene at Alphonse Street and North Street for a shots fired call around 2 a.m. Officers found the man at the scene, he had been shot at least once.

RPD says officers applied a tourniquet to the man before he was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. He’s expected to survive. No arrests have been made.
