ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) is requiring all show-goers five and older to show proof that they are fully vaccinated in order to attend shows at Kodak Hall, Beston Hall, and Hochstein effective immediately.

RPO put its January shows on hold amid a spike in positive COVID-19 test results. Shows will return in February.

The new requirements were announced in an email sent to people on RPO’s mailing list.

Children younger than 15 will not be required to show photo ID along with proof of vaccination like adults and older teens are.

RPO accepts hard copies of vaccination cards, digital copies and the Excelsior Pass and other digital vaccine passports as proof of vaccination.

Regardless, all patrons are required to wear masks at all times.
