Town of Greece awarded skate park funding

GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Town of Greece was awarded a grant to move forward with its skate park.
The town applied for funding from The Skate Park Project, formerly the "Tony Hawk Foundation" where the City of Rochester got its park funding.
The organization has helped fund more than 600 skate parks worldwide.
The Greece Town Supervisor said this is a major step in building a new public skate park in Greece.
