TRAFFIC ALERT: Signal out at Elmwood Avenue and Azalea Road after crash

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The traffic signal at the intersection of Elmwood Avenue and Azalea Road will not work normally for a few days after a crash knocked down the signal pole, the City of Rochester announced Friday evening.

The City said the pedestrian crossing signals are not working and the street light is in flashing mode.

Temporary signs will stay up until repairs can be made, which the City of Rochester said will be "sometime next week."
