ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The man accused of murdering 14-year-old Wendy Jerome in 1984 was in court Tuesday.
Timothy Williams, now 56, was arrested and charged in the case last month, which had gone cold for 35 years.
He was living in Florida when he was caught and was extradited back to Rochester.
He was in court Tuesday for what the district attorney’s office says was mostly scheduling purposes.
Williams is due back in court for a motion argument on Dec. 22, for hearings on March 9, 2021 and for trial on June 7, 2021.
