VICTOR, N.Y. (WHEC) – Victor Counseling Practice is adding 10 new therapy offices to serve up to 750 new clients over the next year.

The company expanded to a second location on Jefferson Road in Henrietta Friday.

The owner told News10NBC they’ve been able to use both telehealth and in-person services during the pandemic to make mental health a priority.

"The pandemic and also what’s happening in the united states and abroad with the war, people are worried. They’re concerned, the inflation. Kids at school come in and they’re talking and they have so much anxiety. They really need to know they’re ok," said Jeff Young, owner and therapist at Victor Counseling Practice.

Victor Counseling provides outpatient mental health services that are covered by insurance, therapy for all ages, nutrition services, life coaching and psychiatric services.

Young wants to make reaching out for help the new normal.
