ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) - It's a cloudy start to our Saturday morning, but things will clear out this afternoon.

Clouds are expected early this morning before the break from northwest to southeast by the middle of the day. Low pressure near Maine will be responsible for cooler weather today as the northwesterly winds bring in high temperatures in the mid and upper 60s for today.

Speaking of the winds, we will once again be on the gusty side with wind gusts near 25mph through the day. This will also make it feel a bit cooler out there even with abundant sunshine this afternoon, so it couldn't hurt to keep the light jacket with you today. The good news is that for any outdoor plans like Jazz Fest or Harborfest, things will be dry and pleasant.

That continues through tonight with lows near 50, and then into Father's Day. Tomorrow will feature clear skies and cool temperatures with highs near 70. It will once again be a bit breezy, but nothing concerning is expected. If you are a fan of the cooler weather, enjoy this weekend because milder weather is once again on the way for this week.

A warm front will begin to push through late Monday and then by Tuesday our temperatures will return to the 80s and remain there through the rest of the work week. Nothing like what we saw last Thursday is expected in terms of heat, but a good stretch of summertime warmth with highs in the mid and low 80s is expected.

The warm front will bring an opportunity for isolated showers and storms Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but no severe weather is expected at this time.
