For the second straight week the Buffalo Bills will have a different starting quarterback, but this week it's the long awaited starting debut of rookie Josh Allen.

But what do his teammates think of the move?

It's the move that's right for this team, that's what Bills head coach Sean McDermott said when announcing that rookie quarterback Josh Allen would take over the reigns of this team.

He is starting against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Allen does have a bit of NFL experience, he did get into the game against the Baltimore Ravens. But this will be his first NFL start, McDermott isn't the only one at One Bills Drive who has confidence in the young play caller.

"If I had to draft a quarterback, I'd draft a kid like him. He's mobile,he's tall, he's strong, he's not afraid, he's smart and he has a big arm," stated LeSean McCoy, running back. "I don't say those things about rookies, I'm not big on rookies, but he's special and different."

Bills safety Micah Hyde added, "From the first day seeing his growth and maturation process from OTAs until now. He's come a long way, he hasn't made the same mistake twice, and as a rookie that's the best thing you can do, so I'm excited for him."

And for Josh Allen..."Obviously I'm super excited for the chance to start for this team, something that I dreamed for for a long time, but come Sunday it's just about doing my job, trying to be the quarterback that this team needs, moving the ball, moving the chain on third down, and putting points on the board."

This means both quarterbacks in the Bills locker room will make their debuts against the Chargers.

Hopefully Allen's debut is a little more productive than Peterman's who threw five interceptions in a single half when facing the LA team.
