ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WHEC) — Last year's unanimous MVP, Lamar Jackson, once again etched his name in the record books this year as the only quarterback in league history to run for 1,000 yards in consecutive seasons.
The Bills actually held him in check last year, just 40 yards on 11 carries in Orchard Park last December.
And the Bills say that getting to see him up close in person last year helped prepare them for his speed this year.
"He's running away from guys easily, even guys taking good angles on him, so to see him in real life, it's not like we're in a better situation to go out there and stop him but we've seen that offense enough," safety Micah Hyde said. "It's huge last year to have that game on film to be able to watch."
News10NBC is running a special at 7:30 p.m. Thursday ahead of the Bills game.
There will also be a pregame show on Saturday that will air right before Football Night in America.
Then you can stick with News10NBC when the game kicks off at 8:15.
