ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — News10NBC Sports Director Rich Donnelly has a story about a Bills player facing his hometown team Saturday.

Stefon Diggs might appear like a conquering hero when he takes the field against the Ravens.

He was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time this year and was also named first team all-pro. That's the first time that a Bills wide receiver earned that honor in the history of the franchise.

Despite growing up in Maryland, Diggs said that he's more focused on playing well for the Bills than playing against Baltimore.

"It's definitely something that I thought about, probably in my younger years, that hopefully, I get to play the Ravens someday," Diggs said. "It's not something I think about at this point in my career, I just want to play at a high level, if you would have asked me after my rookie year I'd have a different answer, but I'm old."

News10NBC will be diving into the Bills game during our sports special on Thursday.

Then we also have a pregame show on Saturday before NBC's Football Night in America leading up to the Bills game.
