ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — It was a busy day of Section V sports on Saturday, including in boys basketball.

At Edison Tech, the home team found themselves hosting McQuaid Jesuit. There, McQuaid proved too much for Edison, as the shots kept falling as they came away with a 69-47 victory. It's McQuaid's 11th game in their last 12.

In Brighton, the Barons hosted the Webster Schroeder Warriors. It was a competitive game in the third quarter, with the lead going back and forth. Schroeder gained a lead with a Ben Carey three-pointer, and the Warriors continued to live up to their name as they enlarged their lead to win 67-59.

Finally, Wilson Magnet hosted Pittsford Mendon. There, Mendon had a 2nd quarter lead that they would extend and keep for a 75-58 win.
