Apple Days Contest celebrates fall apple picking season in Monroe County

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Monroe County Apple Days Contest 2022 is celebrating the fall apple-picking season in the county with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County. They have organized the annual ‘Monroe Apple Days Contest’ giving participants a chance to win a $25 gift card.
The event showcases outdoor attractions and recreational opportunities that are available to families and their communities during the fall season each year and to provide support to farmers and to the local economy. By joining the Monroe Apple Days Contest, participants may enjoy fall farm fun combined with some healthy competition.
To take part in the contest, visit one of the participating farms, find the Monroe Apple Days Contest flyer and take a selfie of you (or your favorite apple) in front of it. The selfie must then be posted on CCE Monroe’s Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) using #AppleDays. The deadline to enter is Tuesday, November 8, and the winner will be selected randomly on Wednesday, November 9.
