Block Party at City Hall Friday afternoon will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A block party at Rochester City Hall on Friday afternoon will celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month.
The celebration runs from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between State and Fitzhugh streets. It will include free food, live music from Banda Light, and a Hispanic Heritage Month Link Gallery exhibit.
Church Street between State and Fitzhugh streets will be closed during the block party.
