Career and education fair aims to stop violence in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Advocates held a “Stop The Violence” career and education fair in Rochester on Thursday at Blue Cross Arena.
Dozens of local businesses, colleges and trades programs came out. Some companies were even hiring on the spot.
The event was hosted by United and Healing Through Hope of Monroe County.
