Dog stolen from owner’s arms has been returned

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – On Saturday morning a dog was stolen from its owner on Lake Avenue and Ridgeway Avenue in Rochester. Since then, the dog has been returned.

The dog’s owner has been documenting the theft and efforts to get the dog back on her Facebook page. Saturday night she posted that her dog is back home safe and sound.           

The owner wrote on Facebook that a woman driving a truck snatched the dog out of her arms and drove off.
