Fairport and Canandaigua teachers honored with statewide award

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two teachers from the Rochester area are being honored for their work.
Ashley Poulin from the Fairport Central School District and Meghan Cabral of Canandaigua Central School District were both honored at the New York State United Teachers Award Ceremony, hosted online.
75 teachers from school districts across the state were honored. They all achieved the gold standard of the teaching profession.
