ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Light winds, abundant sunshine and mild temperatures have been a fixture in Western New York this weekend.  Some great weather conditions for raking leaves or carving your favorite pumpkin.  And even though the weekend is coming to an end, it appears the unseasonably mild temperatures will continue for the start of the work week.

Tonight look for high clouds or fair skies.  The temperature will fall into the upper 40s.  Monday will feature partly to mostly sunny skies.  And after a cool start, it will be another mild afternoon as the temperature pushes to near 70 degrees once again.  Typically this time of the year, the temperatures usually only reach the upper 50s.  But the warmth continues for Tuesday with a mix of clouds and sunshine and the mercury once again rising into the lower 70s.  Wednesday we will start to lose the sunshine with even late day rain shower possible.  This will be the last day with mild weather as the temperature will remain in the lower 70s.

Finally, it appears that our weather will return to reality by Thursday and Friday. Both days we will find the temperature residing only in the middle 50s.
