ROCHESTER, N.Y. — We’re waking up on Black Friday morning with rain and mild temperatures.

The rain in the morning will give way to isolated and spotty showers in the afternoon as the bigger story for us later today will be the winds and the falling temperatures.

Winds will gust upwards to 30mph on Friday afternoon with temperatures also dropping into the low 40s and upper 30s.

With that, wind chills could be in the mid and low 30s this afternoon under cloudy skies. Things do begin to clear out tonight, and it will make for an awesome day on Saturday.

Saturday will be fantastic! highs reach the mid and low 50s with plenty of sunshine as well. We will see clouds begin to build late Saturday as our next chance for rain moves in on Sunday.

Sunday morning we could see a few isolated showers, but a better chance for rain rolls in during the afternoon. Generally, widespread rain is expected Sunday afternoon which could limit visibility on the roads and create some pooling and ponding.

So, if there is a day to take advantage of this weekend it will be Saturday as Sunday afternoon look to be a bit of a washout.
