First Alert Weather: A wonderful late October weekend on the way!
ROCHESTER, N.Y. A much warmer start this morning than the past few mornings as temperatures are starting near 50 degrees!
The mild start will give way to a mild afternoon as temperatures climb into the low 70s later today! This will also be greeted with plenty of sunshine as we will remain primarily cloud free through today. So, no weather worries today for any outdoor plans scheduled for today.
Tonight, we will remain clear but a little cooler thanks to the calmer winds, so our low temperatures will drop into the mid and low 40s. Even after another chilly start tomorrow morning, we will warm up to near 70 once again under plenty of sun!
Enjoy the weekend with sunshine and mild weather because we are headed toward the later part of the year, which means we don’t have many days like this ahead.
Now we are dry this weekend, but we are watching an opportunity for a few showers Monday. An area of low pressure will form off the East Coast and potentially bring a few showers in locally.
We are dry in the forecast as of now, but a couple of models are bringing in a few light showers for areas East of Rochester. Something to watch, but even if a few light showers roll in we are not expecting a washout, and Monday will still end up really nice.
