ROCHESTER, N.Y. It’s another cold start to our morning here in Western NY as temperatures have dropped into the upper 20s for some.

Once again though we are expecting a temperature rebound with highs in the mid and low 60s this afternoon. We will also be featuring mainly sunny skies for a good chunk of today, but clouds will increase this evening and tonight ahead of a few showers tomorrow.

Conditions will remain dry tonight from here in Rochester and over in Buffalo for those heading out to the Bills game this evening. Going into Monday, a weak wave of low pressure will swing through the Great Lakes and bring us the chance for a few showers tomorrow and Tuesday.

Most of Monday will just feature mainly cloudy skies with the opportunity of that passing shower, but most will be dry. Highs tomorrow will reach the mid-60s once again, but toward candy time will cool a bit into the upper 50s and low 60s.

We will have the threat of light showers through the evening hours, but no reason to cancel any trick-or-treat plans. As mentioned above shower chances continue through Tuesday, but after Tuesday high pressure will take over and warm us up into the low 70s by the end of the week!
