ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Some clouds with a brief shower are in store for Tuesday morning, then it’s breezy and pleasant with sun and clouds in the afternoon.

There will be nice weather into the night and Wednesday morning. Threat Tracker has a Yellow Alert for Wednesday as a heads up to keep an eye on any storms that develop.

There will be two opportunities for thunder on Wednesday. Mid to late afternoon, some storms may fire up to bring wind gusts, hail, and heavy rain. The actual front will arrive later at night with some additional storms.

The greatest threat for severe weather will be with the initial storms in the afternoon hours. The overall set-up isn’t great for widespread destructive weather but there are enough dynamics with the front that some storms may pack a punch. Stay tuned to News10NBC for all the latest updates on the timing and severity of the weather for tomorrow.
