First Alert Weather: Warmer temperatures arrive on Thursday and remain into the weekend

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Lots of sunshine is on the way for Thursday with temperatures climbing into the 60s. It will be a little cooler by the lake. Friday will bring mostly sunny skies and temperatures around 70.
Taking a closer look at the weekend, Saturday will feature near record warmth and gusty winds. Some gusts over 30 mph are possible.
We will keep an eye on the timing for some rain arriving later on Saturday night into Sunday. At this time on Saturday evening, it looks nice with the wet weather coming after midnight. Sunday will have showers in the morning with some clearing later in the day.
