Genesee County man charged with rape of a child under 15 and other criminal sexual acts

OAKFIELD, N.Y. — A Genesee County man is facing 46 rape and criminal sexual act charges, some of them involving a child.
Deputies said 39-year-old Ricardo Castillo Jr. of Oakfield raped and had sexual contact with a victim under 15 years old from 2019 through 2021.
They say it happened in the Village of Oakfield and the Town of Elba. Castillo has been arraigned and released.
