Jines offers free parking on Park Avenue for customers

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — As free parking on Park Avenue is becoming more difficult, Jines Restaurant has announced free parking for its customers.
On Facebook, Jines said customers can park near 7-Eleven while eating at Jines and give their license plate number to their host.
The announcement comes months after owners of the Park Avenue parking lot near Berkeley Street started charging $2 an hour.
