Livingston County man convicted in death of his two-month old son

LIVINGSTON COUNY, N.Y. – A jury found Zachary McCaa from Caledonia guilty on three charges: Murder, manslaughter, and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

McCaa threw the baby and shook him violently. The baby died a week after being taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.

His sentencing is scheduled for October 31.
