ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Henry “Hank” Brown, 70, died early Saturday morning after a hit-and-run on South Union Street and Buena Place, officials said.
He lived on South Union Street. Police believe he was crossing the street to go home at 2:15 a.m. on South Union Street, near Buena Place, when he was hit by a car that was traveling down Union Street. Brown was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
The driver of the vehicle that hit him left the scene.
There are currently no suspects in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
