RIGA, N.Y. — A 44-year-old man is dead after a rollover crash in the Town of Riga on Monday night.

The crash happened around 10:45 p.m. Monday on Chili Riga Center Road near Palmer Road. Only one car was involved. That car flipped on its roof and the driver, Jeffrey Day, was rushed to the hospital where he died.

Monroe County Sheriff Deputies say during investigations, they found a Ford SUV traveling west on Chili Riga Center Road drifted from its lane and hit a utility pole and a rock before it rolled onto its roof.
