Missing: Girl, 16, last seen leaving house on Weld Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are looking for a missing 16-year-old girl. Jakarah Lopez-Moore was last seen leaving her house on Weld Street on Friday, Aug. 25 and police believe she may be in danger.
Jakarah is about 5 foot 2, about 120 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket with writing on the back. RPD is asking anyone with information that can help to find her to call 911 or email RPDTipline@CityofRochester.gov.
