ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police have confirmed that Missing 13-year-old Keng Benjamin David Taylor has been found safe.
Around 6 a.m., the mother announced on Facebook that she was reunited with her child. Authorities later confirmed that the teenager was found.
