New inclusive playground in Irondequoit opens Thursday

IRONDEQUOIT N.Y. — The Town of Irondequoit opened a brand new inclusive playground on Thursday!
The new playground at Bateau Terrace Park is the third inclusive play space in the town. The two-month and $275,000 project upgraded equipment and the pathways nearby to make it all more accessible.
Town officials say projects like this help build community within neighborhoods.
