NYS Assembly Races: Lunsford leads 135th District and Bronson leads 138th District

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Here are the results in the races for New York State Assembly who represent our area in Albany.
Republican Marjorie Byrnes easily won re-election in the 133rd District over Democrat Sara Spezzano. In the 135th Assembly District, it appears Jen Lunsford will keep her seat. She’s leading in the polls over Republican challenger Joseph Chenelly.
Turning now to the 138th Assembly District, Harry Bronson hangs on. The democrat beat out Republican Tracy Diflorio to keep his seat.
For the 139th District, Republican incumbent Stephen Hawley is the clear winner, beating Democrat challenger Jennifer Keys.
