Part of West Henrietta Road in Brighton closed due to crash

BRIGHTON, N.Y. — The area of West Henrietta and Brighton Henrietta Town Line roads is closed on Friday morning due to a crash.

Brighton Police say the crash involved a single car. The driver, the only occupant, appeared to have minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for evaluation. A telephone pole was damaged with wires down across the roadway; the road will remain closed until RG&E is able to clear the wires. Brighton Police said around 4 p.m. that they were reopening the road.
