Police investigating fatal motorcycle crash on I-81

PAMELIA, N.Y. — The New York State Police responded to a crash in the Town of Pamelia Saturday at 8:40 p.m. on Interstate 81 near U-Turn 43.
Police say 28-year-old Deven F. Miller was driving a 2003 Yamaha motorcycle north on I-81 at a high rate of speed and lost control. Officials say Miller drove off the road and hit a sign, ejecting himself from the motorcycle.
Police say Miller died at the scene of the crash. This investigation is ongoing.
