Police: Man dies after stabbing himself multiple times at local Home Depot

IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. – Irondequoit Police said a man has died after stabbing himself multiple times at the Home Depot on East Ridge Road.

Police went there after receiving reports of a stabbing. They said surveillance footage and witness accounts showed that a man bought a utility knife at the store and cut himself several times in the aisles.

He was taken to Strong Hospital where he died.
