ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Police say a 40-year-old man was threatening people with a machete and a gun Monday night on Cedarwood Terrace.
When Rochester Police got there, they found Sika Mbongo leaving a house. They recovered a machete, two guns and ammunition.
Mbongo is facing weapons charges.
