Puerto Rican Festival kicks off in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Puerto Rican Festival officially kicked off in Rochester Thursday night at Innovative Field.

The family fun continues Friday from 5 to 11 p.m. On Saturday morning, the parade returns to North Clinton Avenue after decades of being on East Main Street.

The theme this year is “Festival De Barrio,” which means the Festival of the Neighborhood.
