Remains of dead dog found on side of road

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Rochester Police are investigating why a dead dog was put in a garbage bag on the side of the road by 17 Petrel St. It’s not currently known how the dog died and who left the remains there.
Officers will follow up with Humane Society Officers.
